Shipping Policy

You can choose to pick up at our store location or have the products shipped to the address of your choice. These options are located on the first page of the check out process under the heading DELIVERY.

We only ship to Canadian addresses. We can ship to virtually any address in Canada however if the address you give us is an issue, you will be contacted via phone or email and asked to provide an alternate address.

When you place an order, appropriate shipping rates will apply. 

Orders are processed and shipped our next business day. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Please note that some remote locations may require additional time in transit. Delivery times are also known to be affected by adverse weather conditions, especially during the winter months.

A Note about inventory quantities and availability:

If the item you order is no longer available you will be contacted via phone or email within two business days so that you can reorder a similar item or cancel your order.
