At JJ Sports & Collectibles, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items may be exchanged or refunded with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Clearance and sale items
• Collectible items, including:
  • Funko POPS!
  • NECA / Reel Toyz Figures
  • Pokemon
  • McFarlane Collectible figures etc
  • Other Collectible products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, such as for a different size, please email us at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
