Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags intact within 14 days of when you received the item for exchange, an in-store credit, or online gift card.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance/Sale merchandise
- Collectible items such as Funko Pops, Neca, Reel Toys etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

***Please note, for collectible items such as Funko POPs, NECA, Mezco etc., these are new in box unless otherwise indicated.  We cannot be responsible for any small blemish or paint issues to the figure itself as we do not open the boxes to inspect.  This is a manufacturer issue and does not make the item defective.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a store credit or exchange. 
If you are approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be issued. This credit may be redeemed on our Shopify Store or at our retail store JJ Sports & Collectibles, located at 68 Talbot Street West, Blenheim, ON Canada

Clearance/Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit. Clearance/Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange the item (ie due to wrong size), send us an email at jjsportsandcollectiblesonline@gmail.com and return your item to: JJ Sports & Collectibles, 68 Talbot Street West, Blenheim ON N0P 1A0, Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee we will have a replacement item in stock.

Shipping
To return your purchase, you should mail OR bring your purchase to: JJ Sports & Collectibles, 68 Talbot Street West, Blenheim ON N0P 1A0, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for your return and you paid shipping for this item, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
